Welcome to the home page of the AcePHPX project. The goal of this web site is to generalize the usage of AcePHPX - a powerful web based software for browsing and managing AceDB databases.
Currently AcePHPX can:

• browse data easily
• search globally in multiple databases or a subset of them
• execute any AQL-statement
• using TableMaker, create complex queries automatically and produce required tables
• create and delete databases
• manage data in local and remote database
• manage AceDB users and privileges
• create, delete and modify models
• do classes maintenance
• add, delete and edit fields
• create and read dumps of objects, classes, or whole database
• export (*) data to .ace, XML and txt formats

(*) AcePHPX can export gff and fasta fomat of the sequence objects.

AceDB is a genome database designed specifically for handling bioinformatic data flexibly. It includes tools designed to manipulate genomic data, but is increasingly also used for non-biological data.

PHP is a widely-used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for Web development and can be embedded into HTML.
